TESTIMONIALS
To whom it may concern,
Hi, my name is Shane Dean and I am the president of Shane Dean Construction Incorporated. I am writing this letter so I can express my appreciation to everyone that has been involved with the projects we are currently working on and the upcoming ones as well. NCSI has solved many of the issues that my company has encountered as a general contractor. NSCI has treated my clients and I very respectfully and the service that has been given to my company from people like Kent Behunin is one in a million. I love the idea of being able to build more homes at the same time with a smaller number of problems. It is people like Kent Behunin that are willing to sit with me and listen to my wants and needs so that we can build a better working relationship that make this program such a beautiful thing. I also want to thank everyone behind the scenes because I know that it takes an awful lot of attention to detail to provide such quality service to people like me who are very demanding. I also want to thank the accounts receivable personnel as they have also been such a blessing to work with. I hope that all the folks at NSCI are as excited as we are here at SDCI to keep moving forward and find that next best thing to give us the cutting edge.
Thanks again,
Shane Dean

The Parr Company
All of us at Legend Homes want to offer you and your staff a heart-felt thank you for the incredible generosity and effort you all put into the Extreme Makeover home last week. From the planning through the build, you were absolutely fabulous. You even fed everybody, TWICE!
When Legend Homes agreed to take on this project, we knew we would need to huddle with our most trusted and professional allies in the industry to pull it off. Parr Lumber, Quality Truss, Northwest Structural Components, and Northwest Structural Components Installation were critical to developing accurate plans, working through the structural issues on computer prior to building, and assembling accurate components using top-grade materials that fit together like a glove. There were no defects in any of the components, despite a complicated plan with soaring vaults and intricate details. All this was done to produce a state-of-the-art structure in an incredibly short period of time (the entire home was built in 106 hours, including demolishing the original structure). We could not have done this project without this impressive effort from your team.
The Byers family asked me to pass on their sincere appreciation for your help and kindness. Unfortunately, they are back at the hospital this week while Boey endures more chemotherapy. While we have provided them a safe home, that alone cannot overcome the harsh reality of her cancer, and the financial impact it is having on them. Should anyone you know wish to help them with medical bills, they can contribute to the Byers Family Foundation at any US Bank.
Thanks again to you, Andy Scott at NSC, Kent Behunin at NSCi, Ted Hormel at Quality Truss, and Scott Ericson and Tami Baker from your staff. First Class companies are made up of first class people, and you all qualify.
Sincerely,
Jim L. Chapman
